Searching allows you to choose a number of filters and will then display the detailed listings
for those found. You can choose the number of listings you wish to see Per Page.
Browsing allows you to choose a type of listing and will show up to 12 pictures of that type per page with each listing's address below it's picture.
You can click on the address to see the detailed listing page.

You may optionally select one or more property types as a filter for a search. To choose multiple types for a single search, on a PC make your selections
while holding the CTRL key, on a MAC hold the Apple key.
Search Desc
Any word or phrase
you search for must appear in the description exactly as you typed them.
For example, if you typed 'oak cabinets', you will not find homes with
a description containing 'cherry cabinets' or 'oak cabinet' (not plural).
You may just want to type the word 'cabinet' to find any home that has
'cabinet' or 'cabinets' in the description.
The search works best with single words like 'spa' or a street name
like 'Belmont'. To find an address, you may need to use just the street
name or number and street name. For example, type 'Belmont' or "1111 Belmont'.
Do not type '1111 Belmont Road' or '1111 Belmont Rd' or '1111 Belmont
Street'. Since what you type must be matched exactly, you may not know
if abbreviations were used in the descriptions.
It is NOT necessary to capitalize properly for the search to work. For
example, 'Belmont' or 'belmont' or 'BELMONT' will all give the same results
and find ALL occurances of an address that contains Belmont..
MLS number
You may type in an MLS number to find a particular home. For example,
type 0701234 or 07-1234 and only that home will be displayed.
Reset
The reset button will set all the filters back to the original values.
